Client employees become "co-employed with HR&P"

  • HR&P is the “statutory employer”
  • Client is the “common law employer”

    Payroll taxes reported in HR&P's name, not in Client's name

  • Includes Federal and State tax ID’s and associated reporting and other tasks

    HR&P provides Workers' Compensation insurance to all employees

  • When an employee is injured on the job it is HR&P’s sole responsibility

  • Client employees stay employed solely by the Client

  • No shared responsibilities
  • Payroll tax identity stays in the Client name

  • All Federal and State taxes are filed under the Client's tax ID numbers
  • Client provides Workers' Compensation or Occupational Hazard insurance to all employees

  • When an employee is injured, HR&P assists with injury administration
