Yes, all types of insurance agents including, but not limited to, Benefits and Property & Casualty?
 

 

Is HR&P a licensed PEO?
Yes, HR&P is licensed through the State of Texas (and all other states that require licensing.) This process requires significant financial and background checks. Re-licensing occurs every year in most scenarios.
 

 

Does HR&P utilize Best Practices methods?
Yes, HR&P utilizes Best Practices methods for payroll processing, tax reporting and deposits, human resources, safety, and benefits administration.

Does HR&P have a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plan?
Yes, HR&P is equipped with a co-location that is located away from the Gulf Coast Region in the event of a major disaster. This location accommodates all of our vital processing employees and contains live secured back-ups of our data. HR&P and our Clients will be safe no matter what the event!
 

 

Does HR&P work in multiple states?
Yes, HR&P is currently conducting business in 42 states and has the ability to work in all 50 states.
 

 

Can HR&P conduct business outside of the United States?
Yes, we currently conduct business in Mexico and Canada with the ability to work in many other countries.
